I’ve watched versions of this pattern in women for over 35 years, first beside them at the bench, now across the table.

I began as a synthetic organic chemist and spent decades in pharmaceutical science and consulting, including Ciba-Geigy and Novartis. My work contributed to therapies including Diovan™, Femara™, Foradil™, and Trileptal™.

Today I work with senior women in science-led industries, typically 45+, who are navigating a high-stakes pivot involving consulting, advisory work, board service, entrepreneurship, or a next chapter that fits who they are now.

I have been trained in neuroscience-based coaching methodologies, and I bring those tools into a broader Decision Intelligence and Decision Architecture process that also includes strategic decision analysis, option design, evidence gathering, and practical experimentation.
